A $185,000 settlement was reached for a 39 year old cable installer who suffered a back injury in 2011. He received the settlement after he returned to work. He remains entitled to causally related medical treatment for the rest of his life.


A $175,000 settlement was reached for a 54 year old construction worker who injured his mid back and thoracic back when he fell from a ladder. His case was later amended to include cauda equina syndrome. He and remains entitled to causally related medical treatment for the rest of his life.

A $59,000 indemnity only settlement was reached for a 44 year old factory worker as a result of her carpal tunnel injury. Her prior attorneys made a demand for less than half that amount and we were able to secure her a significantly higher settlement. She remains entitled to causally related medical treatment for the rest of her life.


A $54,000 permanency award was granted to a 46 year old bus driver who suffered a right shoulder injury. We successfully had the insurance carrier’s opinion precluded and reduced our attorney fee by $1000 after the Workers’ Compensation Law Judge awarded us a fee in excess of what we quoted the injured worker. She remains entitled to causally related medical treatment for the rest of her life.


A $47,500 settlement was reached for a 43 year old who suffered injuries to her right arm while working as a machine operator through a temp agency. The settlement was reached after she had already returned to work. It compensates her for the loss of use she sustained and her future medical treatment.


A $47,000 settlement was reached for a 46 year old construction worker for an injury he suffered in 2005. He lost minimal time from work and received medical treatment throughout the course of his claim.


A $27,100 permanency award was granted to a 23 year old who suffered significant injuries to his right index finger. His award was significantly increased due to the fact that he was a minor when he was injured and he could not pursue the career he was hoping to pursue.


A 40 year old factory worker was classified with a permanent total disability as a result of being diagnosed with neck, low back, and left shoulder injuries, and right carpal tunnel syndrome. She does not speak English and had a limited education in her home country. Being classified with a permanent total disability makes her eligible for both financial and medical treatment for the rest of her life.


A 46 year old with a neck injury was classified with a 65% degree of disability and a 65% Loss of Wage Earning Capacity. We were able to successfully negotiate this result after his doctors testified to a lower degree of disability.
