Workers’ Compensation Legal Assistant
The Dolce Panepinto team prides itself on how hard we work for our clients. That commitment to making sure that our clients get the best possible outcome does not stop with our attorneys. We have a great team of smart and dedicated staff members who I can honestly say give their best every single day and I am proud to be one of them. I have a paralegal degree and a degree in business management and I have found that both skill sets serve me well in my current position.
In my role as the Legal Assistant to Colleen Malchow and Holly Schoenborn I will most likely be your first and most frequent contact while we are handling your Workers’ Compensation claim. I handle all of the initial case intakes, manage all scheduling within the department, and, most importantly, I spend a large amount of time working behind the scenes as an advocate for our clients.
If you are having an issue with a medical provider, prescription denial, or a late check, I am the person you call. The Workers’ Compensation system is fairly complicated so I spend the majority of my day on the phone with insurance carriers, doctors’ offices, pharmacists, the Workers’ Compensation Board etc. making sure that all of the fine details are being properly taken care of. I take a high energy, relentless approach to my work because as a mother I understand what it is like to have a family depending on me. I know what a large part of your life your Workers’ Compensation case really is and I appreciate the trust you place in me.
If you think that you have a Workers’ Compensation claim, I would love to talk to you about it. Fill out our contact form for a free case evaluation or give me a call at 716-852-1888 and we will see what we can do to put you in the best position possible.
